Car-Sharing Comes to Bentley; Furthers Carbon Reduction Efforts

Bentley recently partnered with Zipcar, Inc., the world’s leading car-sharing network, to offer the transportation option to its community. The car-sharing option is now available for students, faculty, and staff ages 18 and older, as well as members of the local community ages 21 and over.

Valente Center Receives Grant for Undergrad Student Research from National Biomedical Research Foundation

The $5,000 grant will be used to fund undergraduate research assistants working in the “health and industry” field. “This grant represents a healthy fusion between arts and sciences and business,” said Chris Beneke, associate professor of history and previous director of the Valente Center. “The foundation’s recognition of a business school’s role in academic research in the sciences should be applauded.”

The Princeton Review Names Bentley one of the Best Colleges and Universities

Bentley University is one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review. The New York-based education services company features the university in the just-published 2013 edition of its annual college guide, "The Best 377 Colleges" (Random House/Princeton Review). Bentley is also named among the guide’s Best Northeastern Colleges.
