Banosian is also an investment partner and advisor for York IE, a strategic growth and investment firm.

Her belief in right-sized foundational governance based on benchmarks and best practices has enabled her to develop nimble risk programs for financial services firms. Focus areas throughout her career have included enterprise, operational, and third party risk, business continuity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and tooling enablement. Morgan has a M.S. of Enterprise Risk from Boston University and a B.S. of Management from Bentley University.

In addition, Jamie studies the competitive marketplace and evaluates internal equity, and with this knowledge and foundation, creates the Bank’s total rewards philosophy. Lauren Phillips is a Vice President of Partnerships & Merchandising at the footwear start-up, Saysh, founded by Allyson Felix, an activist and the most decorated track and field athlete in Olympic history. Lauren has led various roles since Saysh began, from managing the creation team to product and now with a focus on growth through wholesale & partnerships. She has 16 years of experience in product management & merchandising, working with some of the best brands in the sports world, including Lululemon, New Balance and Reebok. During Lauren’s time in the sports industry she has led some of the largest businesses within the companies as well as the strategy behind the growth and new opportunities. She believes deeply that women and specifically mothers deserve better opportunities to grow, create and lead. Lauren is an advocate for change and growth of women’s careers. In her downtime she enjoys being outside with her two young children, running, baking and studying fashion.
Kiana Pierre-Louis is the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Northeastern University School of Law. Previously, she was a Senior Law Lecturer and Pre-law Advisor at Bentley University, where she also graduated with a B.S. in Business Communications in 1999. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2002. Kiana is dedicated to teaching and social justice, having received multiple awards for her contributions at Bentley, including the Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors for KodeConnect, Inc., promoting STEM education for marginalized youth.
Ron has 20 years of experience leading DEI programs, primarily in the financial services industry. He joined the firm from Mizuho Americas, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Diversity and Inclusion. He has also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Deutsche Bank, and KPMG, and serves on the board of various nonprofit organizations.
