Through enriching programs, impactful partnerships, and data-backed research, the CWB will address the most pressing gender equity challenges in today’s business landscape and inspire transformative change across industries.

Gearing Up Conference 20th Anniversary: Registration Open!

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 Gearing Up Conference, celebrating its 20th anniversary! With the theme Pathways to Power: Reimagining Gender and Leadership, this transformational day will empower women+ to redefine leadership on their terms to chart their paths to success. Attendees will gain tangible skills for career advancement while exploring how to dismantle systemic barriers and leverage community strength to challenge traditional gender dynamics.
