About the CWB

Named after Bentley’s first woman president, Gloria Cordes Larson, The Center for Women and Business is dedicated to advancing intersectional gender equity from the classroom to the boardroom. We provide thought leadership on critical diversity issues, and offer tools and training to foster inclusive organizations through innovative research and professional development opportunities. Our programs inform and empower students, alumni, and business professionals.

The Center for Women and Business partners with Bentley University staff and faculty, community of DEIJ experts, and executives to deliver programs that advance our mission.

The BAESR supports and encourages greater awareness of, respect for, and commitment to ethics, service, social responsibility and sustainability in research, curricula and campus culture at Bentley.
