As Bentley University prepares for its Centennial celebration in 2017, Bentley Library welcomes Jaimie Fritz as our Project Archivist to organize the archives associated with the University. Jaimie comes to us from the MIT Library most recently, and before that, the Schlesinger Library at Harvard. She is very excited to help us prepare for our centennial celebration, and brings the organizational and technical skills necessary to make it a success. ...

Library Opening at 5:00pm on Sunday, February 15th

We are happy to report that the conditions are clear enough to open at 5:00 p.m. today. The library will close at its normal 2:00 a.m. closing time.  The cafe will be open from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please take care on the roads, sidewalks and stairs, and dress in many layers. ...

Storm Closing: Library Closed Monday, Feb. 9th [Updated 1:10pm]

Due to the inclement weather, the Bentley Library will close at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8th. A decision about reopening on Monday will be made Monday morning. If the university is closed on Monday, the library will be closed.

Extended Library Hours for Friday Evening Make-up Classes

The library is extending its hours for the Friday night make-up classes scheduled by the Registrar. To accommodate students attending evening make-up classes, the library will close at 8:00 p.m., two hours later than usual, on the following Fridays: February 6 February 13 February 20 February 27 March 20 March 27 Let's hope that additional snow day make-up classes will not need to be added to the schedule. ...
