Bentley's campus features a variety of housing options. First-year students typically live in traditional hall-style buildings, while students in their second year and beyond choose from our suite and apartment options. All of our residential buildings/areas offer a wide array of amenities and opportunities to become part of a vibrant living community.

First-Year Residence Halls
First-year students live in traditional residence halls, where each floor features multiple rooms sharing communal bathrooms. Rooms in the first-year halls are mostly double occupancy, with a limited number of single, triple, and quad occupancy available as well. These halls are co-ed by room (though consenting students can choose to live with students of other genders) and feature gendered men's and women's bathrooms. A single use, gender inclusive bathroom is available in Nathan R. Miller Hall. All first-year students are required to be on the Block 304 meal plan.

Rooms
The Trees Complex is a network of seven connected residence halls: Alder, Birch, Cedar, Elm, Maple, Oak, and Spruce Halls. The Trees house first-year students and all halls are co-ed. Most rooms are double occupancy, but there are limited single- and triple-occupancy rooms within the complex. There are gender-specific bathrooms throughout the building as well as individual all gender bathrooms on the first floor.
Features
The Trees Complex features a variety of shared facilities and amenities. There are common lounges on the first floor of Cedar, Maple, and Oak, that offer a mixture of study and social spaces. The Cedar lounge provides tables, chairs and soft seating. Maple features sofas, a large television, and a full kitchen for student use. The Oak lounge is a study and meeting space with ample tables and chairs. Additionally, Spruce features a large common/event space (The Blue Line). Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of Elm, and there are vending machines throughout the first floor of the Trees.
All first-year students living in the Trees Complex must purchase the Block 304 meal plan.

Rooms
Miller Hall houses first-year students and is entirely co-ed. Most rooms are double occupancy, but there are limited single-, triple-, and quad-occupancy rooms. Miller also features wheelchair-accessible rooms. There are shared gender-designated bathrooms on each floor of the building, as well as a shared, individual-use, all gender bathroom on the first floor. Additionally, Miller is home to the following Defined Communities: Herstory (Women Leaders of Today), Arts, FirstGen, and Future Entrepreneurs.
Features
Miller features a spacious common lounge on the first floor, complete with sofas, a television, tables and chairs. There is also an attached full kitchen for student use along with a dining table and chairs. Laundry facilities are also located on the first floor. Students living in the Arts Community also have access to an additional lounge on the ground floor that provides space for artistic creation and expression.
All first-year students living in Miller Hall must purchase the Block 304 Meal Plan.

Rooms
Slade Hall houses first-year students and is entirely co-ed. Most rooms are double occupancy, but there are limited single-, triple-, and quad-occupancy rooms. There are shared bathrooms on each floor of the building. Additionally, Slade is home to three Defined Communities: Thrive, BluePrint, and the Honors First-Year Experience.
Features
Slade features a common lounge on the ground floor, complete with sofas, a television, tables and chairs, as well as a full kitchen for student use. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Students living in the Honors Community also have access to an additional lounge on the first floor that provides space for studying and collaboration. Additionally, the lower side of the ground floor also features a fitness/wellness studio and a racquetball court.
All first-year students living in Slade Hall must purchase the Block 304 meal plan.

Suite-Style Housing
Suite-style housing is available for students in their second year and beyond, as well as incoming transfer and exchange students. Suites feature a collection of 1-4 bedrooms that share a common room and bathroom. The common room also features a kitchenette which includes a sink, a small amount of counter/cabinet space, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Bedrooms within the suites are a mixture of double and single occupancy, depending on the building. Students living in suites are required to select from the Block 192, Block 240, or Block 340 meal plans.

Both Copley North and Copley South house students in suite-style units that accommodate two, three, four, or six people. Some suites feature all double-occupancy bedrooms while others contain a mixture of single- and double-occupancy bedrooms. Each suite also features a common room, kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, and microwave), and bathroom.
Features
Copley North and Copley South each feature a spacious lounge on the ground floor, as well as study lounges on all other floors. Both buildings feature vending machines, laundry machines located on the ground floor, and elevators. Additionally, Copley North has a function room on the ground floor that features, tables, a flat-screen TV, and a full kitchen.
All residents of the Copleys must purchase a meal plan.

Fenway houses students in suite-style units that accommodate four or six people. Some suites feature all double-occupancy bedrooms while others contain a mixture of single- and double-occupancy bedrooms. Each suite also features a common room, kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, and microwave), and bathroom. Fenway is home to the Emerging Leaders Defined Community.
Features
Fenway features common lounge spaces on every floor, each of which provide tables and chairs for study and collaboration. There is an additional lounge on the ground floor that features soft seating and a television, as well as vending machines. Laundry facilities are also located on the ground floor. Additionally, Fenway is home to the SkyBox, a function/event space that includes tables/chairs and AV for presentations. Please contact Conference Services to reserve the SkyBox.
All residents of Fenway must purchase a meal plan.

Forest houses students in suite-style units that accommodate six, seven or eight people. Each suite also features a common room, kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, and microwave), and 1-2 bathrooms.
Features
Forest provides a large lounge/function room on the ground floor, which contains a mixture of tables/chairs and soft seating that can accommodate studying or socializing. The lounge also features a full kitchen and vending machines. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. There is a sand volleyball court and grills located just outside of Forest.
All residents of Forest must purchase a meal plan.

Kresge features a common lounge on the ground floor, which contains tables, chairs, and vending machines. Laundry facilities are also located on the ground floor. There is a sand volleyball court and grills located just outside of Kresge.
All residents of Kresge must purchase either the Unlimited, Value 15, or Value 12 meal plan.

Apartment-Style Housing
Apartment-style housing is available for students in their second year and beyond, as well as incoming transfer and exchange students. Apartments feature a collection of 1-3 bedrooms that share a common room, bathroom, and full kitchen. Bedrooms within the apartments are a mixture of double, single, and triple occupancy, depending on the building. Students living in apartments are not required to be on a meal plan, though they may choose to select from any available plan.

Rooms
Boylston A & B are two conjoined buildings that house students in apartments that accommodate four people in two double bedrooms. Each apartment also features a common room, full kitchen, and bathroom. The fifth floor of Boylston A & B triple- and quad-occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms. The fifth floor is considered suite-style living, as these units do not contain kitchens, so students who reside there must purchase a meal plan.
Features
The Boylstons feature a lounge space on the first floor of Boylston A with tables, chairs, soft seating, and a flat-screen TV. This space connects directly to the laundry room on the first floor of Boylston B.

Collins Hall houses students in apartments that accommodate two or four students. Two-person apartments feature one double bedroom, and four-person apartments feature two double bedrooms. Each apartment also features a common room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Additionally, there are a limited number of single-occupancy studio apartments.
Features
Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of Collins. Additionally, the ground floor features the Mail Services Office, student mailboxes, a mini-mart, the Bentley Bookstore (Barnes & Noble), and a Bank of America ATM. Collins also features two elevators.

The Falcone Apartments are comprised of three buildings: North, East, and West. The Falcones house students in five-person apartments. All apartments have either one double and one triple bedroom or two double and one single bedroom. Each apartment also features a common room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Falcone North is also home to the Honors Upperclass Defined Community.

The laundry facility for all three Falcone buildings is located on the ground floor of Falcone North. Additionally, Falcone North features a function room on the ground floor.

There are four separate apartment buildings on North Campus: A, B, C, & D. They are located at 371 Forest Street, about a 10 minute walk from main campus, as well as easily accessible via car or any of the Bentley shuttle lines. Each building houses students s in two-person (two single bedrooms) and four-person (two double bedrooms) apartments. There are a limited number of three-person (three single bedrooms) apartments. Each apartment also features a common room, full kitchen, and bathroom.

Each North Campus building features laundry facilities on the ground floor as well as an elevator. North Campus A features a common lounge with tables/chairs, soft seating, vending machines, and a printer. North Campus B features a gym with cardio equipment and free weights. North Campus D features a common lounge with a pool table.

Our campus features two small houses that are available for students in their second year and beyond, as well as incoming transfer and exchange students. Cape House offers two apartments that groups of students can select, and Castle House offers seven individual single rooms sharing single-use bathrooms, a common room, and a kitchen. Students living in houses are not required to be on a meal plan, though they may choose to select from any available plan.

We offer a variety of amenities and resources for students living on campus, including but not limited to:
- Laundry Facilities - Available 24/7 in all residential buildings/areas* and feature washers and dryers. Students pay for and activate the machines utilizing a convenient and easy-to-use app.
- Air Conditioning - All residential buildings have air conditioning.
- High-Speed Wireless Internet - Available across campus in all buildings. Information about how to connect to wi-fi can be found here.
- Xfinity On Campus TV Service - All residential students have access to Xfinity On Campus TV service via digital streaming. Bentley no longer supports physical coaxial cable connections on campus; all connection to XOC must be digital through smart TVs, streaming devices, smartphones, computers, etc.
- Lounges / Common Rooms - All first-year residence halls as well as most suite- and apartment-style buildings feature shared communal areas where students can gather to study, relax, or socialize.
- Communal Kitchens - Shared communal kitchens can be found in all first-year residence halls, plus Forest and Copley North.
- Vending Machines - Most residential buildings feature snack and beverage vending machines on the ground/first floor.
*Falcone East and Falcone West do not have their own laundry facilities; students in those buildings use the laundry facility located in Falcone North.
