Museum Pass Update! What You Need to Know to Secure a Discounted Pass.

Looking to spend some time indoors during this wintry weather at an area museum? If you’ve requested a discounted pass from us in the past and have tried do so recently, you might be wondering what happened to our museum pass reservation system. As the saying goes, all good and (simple) things must come to an end. That’s not to say that we don’t have discounted passes, because we do and will continue to have them into the future! Unfortunately, we were told, on extremely short notice, that our reservation system vendor was shutting down. 

What does that mean for you?

For now, as we try and find a suitable replacement, all you need to do is email us directly at libraryservices@bentley.edu to request a pass. We’ll process your request manually and send you all the information you’ll need to get the discounted price at the museum box offices. However, since we are doing this manually, requests can only be processed during our open hours. Please be sure to check our calendar before making a request so you can assure that you’ll get a pass before your planned visit to a museum.
