Wall Street Journal Ranks Bentley 11th Best College in U.S.
Bentley University is the 11th best college in the United States, according to a new Wall Street Journal ranking, ahead of other top colleges including Columbia, Notre Dame, Michigan and Cornell.
The Journal’s new 2025 Best Colleges in the U.S. ranking measures how well a college sets graduates up for financial success, including the support it provides to help them graduate and projected future earnings during their career. Bentley is the top-ranked business-focused university in the United States, according to the ranking.
The Journal noted that Bentley has been adapting the education it provides to prepare students for the changing marketplace they’ll enter after graduation.
“Bentley University began offering a finance and technology major last year, which features classes that prepare students to apply AI tools in financial environments,” the article reports. “Kevin Aprea Cabrera, a junior, is pursuing the fintech major and says talking about his experiences in classes helped him land his internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers this summer.”
Bentley’s New Finance and Technology Major
Bentley’s prominent Wall Street Journal ranking comes a week after The Princeton Review ranked Bentley #1 in the United States for “Best Career Services” in its 2025 Best Colleges guide. It’s the second year in a row that Bentley has led the nation in career services and the 12th consecutive year Bentley has been in the top five.
