Status Update: Online Library Services & Resources

The Bentley Library is following the University health and safety guidelines announced on March 11. The building is not currently accessible for browsing or studying, but library staff will continue to provide services and resources online to the Bentley community. We will continue to post updates here and on the Library Status and Services page.
Contactless Pickup & Returns
- If you have books or DVDs to return please place them in the book return drop, located at the main entrance. The book drop is open 24×7.
- Scheduled Contactless Pickup of physical items (excluding physical reserves items) will be available. Place holds on books, DVDs, and Audiobooks in the Bentley Library Catalog. We'll pull the items and have them ready for you to pick up. When you receive an email saying your items are ready, please contact us directly to arrange a pickup time. We will work directly with you to make sure you get the materials you need.

Interlibrary Loan and Scan on Demand

You may place Interlibrary Loan and Scan on Demand requests for books, articles and book chapters. If you have any questions, please contact our Interlibrary Loan Department by sending an email to interlibloan@bentley.edu.
Online Resources & Research Help
- The library website—library.bentley.edu—is your portal to accessing online library services and resources. Your Bentley email address and password grant you remote access to most library databases and electronic resources – anytime, anywhere.
- Contact the Reference Desk for research help via email refdesk@bentley.edu, live chat, or text 781.728.0511. Research consultations via Zoom are available by appointment.
