April's Arrivals! New Books & Movies Available Now

The April new acquisitions lists are now available for browsing! Check out the 100+ books, DVDs, and e-books we added to our collection last month. Go to the New Books & DVDs page to view the new arrivals by subject or format. When you see something you want, click the “Request” button to place a hold on it.

Please note that the “ALL NEW BOOKS” link will display all new e-books and print books, but that due to differences in the way that e-books are cataloged they do not appear on the individual “Subject” lists.

Borrowing Books, DVDs, and Audiobooks from the Library

Either stop by the library to browse, or place a hold request in the catalog and we'll notify you when the items are ready to be picked up. You can retrieve your items from the "open holds shelf" in the lobby and check them out to yourself using the self-check.

Accessing E-Books, Digital Audiobooks & Streaming Films

If you are unable to visit the library or prefer electronic format, downloadable e-books and digital audiobooks are available via OverDrive. The library's OverDrive digital collection is well stocked with new releases, bestsellers, and classic favorites and books can be easily downloaded using the Libby app. Read our recent blog post about Libby to learn more about using OverDrive and the Libby app. E-books are also available through a variety of library databases. 

Lastly, you can find new films and documentaries to stream online for free from our four streaming films databases.
